By using agentictarot.com ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
1. The product
Agentic Tarot sells a digital product called the Instant Tarot Reading — a personalized PDF tarot reading. The product is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
3. Delivery
Readings are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. If your reading is not delivered, contact support@agentictarot.com and we will redeliver or refund.

5. Intellectual property
The deck imagery is the public-domain Rider–Waite–Smith deck (Pamela Colman Smith, 1909). The interpretive text in each reading is generated for your purchase and is yours to use personally; please do not republish or redistribute it commercially.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." Agentic Tarot is not liable for any decision you make based on a reading. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will reflect changes.
